Starting with a trainer can feel intimidating, especially if you haven’t exercised in a while. I focus on creating a comfortable, supportive environment with workouts that are specifically tailored to your goals, ability level, and experience.

Many of my clients want to stay strong, improve balance, and avoid issues like bone loss. I also work with clients who are looking to lose weight, build muscle, and get back in shape. No matter what the goal, I emphasize proper movement, consistency, and workouts that are realistic to maintain.

Performing strength training two times a week combined with an activity like walking will lead to positive lifestyle results. Contact me to find out about pricing options.

Randy

Personal Fitness Coach

I’m a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, Corrective Exercise Specialist, and Nutrition Coach. My focus is on functional strength, mobility, and sustainable fitness—especially for those who prefer working out at home.

I became a personal trainer because I enjoy teaching people and I feel fitness is a topic everyone should know and understand. In my previous career I developed trainings in a corporate setting and now find my working with clients on fitness goals to be much more fulfilling.

In my younger years I was a competitive weight lifter and bodybuilder. For the past 30 years I have been lifting for health and longevity. I spend my free time mountain biking and enjoy backcountry hiking. I have been volunteering as a coach for youth sports for over 15 years.
